Description: Woke up to a price alarm and saw the price grabbing liquidity after the opening of the new york session so we entered after a confirmation. But the trade hit SL straight indicating a strong short-term bullish push is coming soon, waited for the retracement around fib level and entered the trade. Tp was hit on the second trade. Description: The bullish Core durable goods & pending homesales released the previous day which intended to kicked off a bearish trend on gold saw its bearishness eradicated by the crude inventory release later that day. The market over reacted on the crude inventory and shot up higher than expected. However, with the anticipated Fed rates hike next month and the bullish GDP (Q2) and initial jobless claims tonight, gold price beared wirh great momentum.

Description: The weekly jobless claims (Act: 250K, Cons: 265K) and monthly Philadelphia Fed Manufacturing Index (Act: 6.2, Cons:-5.0) pushes the USD bullish. Capitalising on the slow initial reaction of the market, trades were taken and the market reacted slow but steadily to the news by pushing gold price down. The result of the trades are devastatingly juicy.

Description: The long anticipated release of the CPI percentage on 10th Aug causes a spike in volatility the second after the release. The initial anticipation was bullish for the USD, however, it turned out to be bearish, thus pushing Gold price up. The sell stop was initially triggered by a market feint but subsequently went bullish and trigger multiple layers of buy stop orders.
